Rave reviews for "hilarious" CHRISTMAS SHORTS at Cape Cod's Cotuit Center for the Art

The press has been great for the Cotuit Center for the Arts' production of CHRISTMAS SHORTS. (It runs through December 22nd, but is now completely sold out, from what I understand).

REVIEWS:

CHRISTMAS SHORTS jingles with laughs. Hilarious… the show is an excellent multi-part farce. The jokes, while ridiculous, are not merely frivolous, and the social commentary can be biting.

75 Minutes of Merriment… sweetly offbeat… a spirit of gentle absurdity runs through it… “CHRISTMAS SHORTS is sure to put the Ho! Ho! Ho! in your holidays. It’s not subtitled “5 Merry Little Comedies” for nothing!"

Congrats to director Melinda Gallant and her fantastic cast!

Samuel French publishes CHRISTMAS SHORTS, and the evening of edgy holiday frivolity has been produced all over the country (and as far abroad as New Zealand!)

Synopsis: A celebrated Winner of the 2009 Samuel French Off Off Broadway Short Play Festival, playwright Matt Hoverman brings an evening of hilarious short holiday comedies to the stage. Christmas Shorts offers five original plays that humorously comment on holiday themes: family, the nativity, Xmas cards, and elves. An outstanding Christmas collection!
